I barely heard from them throughout the whole process, and when I did get notifications, they were always late. Like, how am I supposed to stay on top of anything if the updates come after the fact? Make it make sense.

I really wanted to like UTR Sports, but there just aren’t many events anywhere near me. I keep checking back and most of the options are either way too far away or already full by the time I see them. The site itself works fine, but it doesn’t feel that useful for where I live. It also kind of gives me the impression they’re more focused on getting people into the platform and paying than making sure there are actually enough local events to justify it.

I tried to verify my player profile, thinking, okay, this should be straightforward... but nope. It just kept looping or going nowhere, and I was sitting there like, am I missing something or is this just broken? I reached out to support, but they were really slow to respond, i still haven’t gotten it fixed. Super frustrating experience.

I mostly use UTR Sports to look up match results and ratings after events, and for what I expected it to do, it usually handles that well. The layout is simple enough, and most of the time I can find the results without much hassle.
